What is that green Chinese box indicate?

Hi. Does anybody know what is the purpose of that green Chinese-letter box? Is it some sort of approval stamp or what?

The green one means purchasing agent for mods/plug-ins.
Some people might want to buy mods but without credit card/some other reason they have to buy it through agents
