The Fly coins purchased do not appear in my profile at http://www.fsx.org.cn

Hello good day.
Yesterday I bought 300 fly coins and received the confirmation email from PayPal.
At first they were seen in my profile at http://www.fsx.org.cn, but today they have disappeared.
My profile reflects that I do not have any fly coins.

However, in my profile at www.pcflier.com the 300 fly coins do appear.
How can I get my fly coins back to use at http://www.fsx.org.cn?
