Estonia Migration Tool for FSX to P3D

To Whom It May concern::
        Just wondering has anyone acquired the Migation Toll form Estonia whcih helps to run FSX aircraft in P3D; anotherwords it points FSX and P3D addons (planes and installer, to P3D files or the P3D software.?  I have a Eaglesoft Dg aircraft (FSX), that I want to run in P3Dv4.5, which is 64 bit base.  For now the Migration tool installer indicates it can be used to transfer FSX files to P3Dv3, P3Dv4 and P3dV5. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
