If you have an internet connection of at least 10mb per second it should be fine

Flew today at FL330 and even without a powerful internet connection it runs smooth

From my experience the terrain doesn't look as crisp as I would like it to.
But it has nothing to do with the internet speed, since I manually downloaded a large area, and it looks the same, so I think for most people a 25mbps connection or so is fine.
