msfs2020, but for now, the lack of addons might make someone with plenty of good aircraft addons in x-plane stick to it

The Flightmodel is way more realistic but not the Graphics...

Physics-wise 100% but this tends to be aircraft dependent.

x plane has far better flight models but msfs2020 has much better graphics and terrain data

XP11 is an older platform after all, but I think it still got its own advantages.
