Every Flight sims have a different flight physics, and Each payware aircraft have its own flight model! For example, X-Plane 11 is the only sim that adopted Blade element theory!
But Flight Factor's B767 series flight control feels terrible!
In Prepar3D, blade elementary theory wasn't adopted, but they are realistic enough!
And Its payware aircraft like PMDG Boeing series, FSLabs Airbus A320F feel like realistic than XP11.

I have noticed PMDG's 777 definitely feels a lot more "Solid" and real if that makes sense, over Flight Factors 777. Im aware X-Plane native has better physics but i believe PMDG uses a sort of external engine or flight model that allows more correct physics beyond P3D and FSX and they have pulled it off extremely well. You get some good flight control "feedback" in poor weather too and not to mention the sounds are a lot more elaborate and overall better in PMDG than Flight Factor in my opinion. However in the end it is definitely up to personal choice and whichever simulator youre used to as they are both very good
I'm not a pilot, so in my opinion, xp11 it the winner
best for my setup i5 16gb 970 VR, good fps and nice physics.
fs2020 its nice, good physics, the best graphics ever, but low fps, and VR its impracticable so no go for me
FSX steam edition with FlyInside its the best for good fps but not nice graphics. also for me crash a lot
p3dv4.5 its good, nice graphics, to have better physics, you have use pay ware aircrafts with kills fps on VR, crash's sometimes, and i have the bug that I can't change the wheatear time or airport, so no good either
if you dont have P3D already, just use MSFS, Why? because all developers is moving to MSFS, most of them abandoned P3D and FSLabs too They are confirming coming to MSFS
