Other sims will have to catch up or their market share will decrease, specially if MSFS is as cheap as today's ones or cheaper!

Personally i think MSFS will be mostly used by casual simmers, untill theres decent paywares to fly.

It is hard to say as professional flight simulation is rather mature market. Further note it heavily rely on third party mods. So the question is will MS provides better simulation or mod friendly environment?
BTW: Please don't forget Prepar3d is now owned by Lockhead-Martin, so it is hard to tell what will happen
