This is related to usergroup, some contents are not allowed for newbies to read. So people have to advance further into more senior groups (by sending posts and replies etc)
For example, Usergroup Member have 20, while usergroup "Full Member" have 30. Since you have advanced yourself so far, that should not cause any trouble
