Better to use one of the guides for creating your own Baidu account. I would recommend google "how to create baidu account without phone number". Several guides for 2022, that seem to work "OK" with international phone numbers!

That way, you won't ever get locked out, as it is your account and you should be able to register to your email/phone number to reset passwords etc.
