Prepar3D V4 Virtual Reality Issue

Good day you all!
I was wondering, how can you increase the quality in Virtual Reality? Looks a bit odd on a friend's computer and he wants me to help him with that!
I'm taking any answer! If anybody knows how to, I would be glad to get to know how?

To explain, I think that the quality on his computer looks better than through the Virtual Reality Helmet! You guys know why?
