Why Avatar does Not change

I already tried for a few times. My avatar seems not changing. I even restart my browser and login and log out a few times. But it is still the same. Any idea?

Right now i'm using chrome as my browser. Maybe i try using another browser and update it here.

For somehow when i using microsoft edge, it's work perfectly. i dont know how this happen. but still in chrome it's look like i still using a default avatar. So confused!!
