you can open the doors with EFB

if you are talking about cockpit door, then on the over head panel bottom right corner there is a push button that says FLT DK door
it is located just under the equip cooling knob and beside the logo light button


if you want to open the plane doors then the ipad is the way to go, open the tablet go to operations tab and select airplane there you can open the airplane doors
