I would definitely suspect that you didn't follow the install instructions properly. That usually results in weird things with panels/systems missing or not working properly.

Check your Fsuipc and also extract the gauges one more time

First install 747 and 777, dont run P3D yet, than install 737 ensure you have right version of gauges for the version of the installer, than install it and it should work.
